Itinerary
Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Airport greeting, transfer to Thamel hotel, and evening welcome dinner.
Drive to the river put-in point
Drive from Kathmandu to the riverbank, prepare gear, run safety drills, and complete the first short run of rapids. Overnight riverside camp.
Final rapids run & Drive back to Kathmandu
Raft the final stretch to the take-out point. Pack gear and take our private vehicle back to Kathmandu. Rest at hotel.
Transfer to Airport for departure
Bid farewell to Nepal. Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight.

What river safety protocols are in place?
Our whitewater rafting expeditions are led by highly certified international river guides and accompanied by expert safety kayakers. Life jackets, safety helmets, and a comprehensive safety briefing are mandatory before entering the water.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer to join the rafting trip?
You do not need to be an elite swimmer. However, comfort in the water and wearing our high-float life jackets is required. Your river guide will steer the raft, and safety kayakers are always on standby.
Where do we spend the night during the river tour?
We set up secure dome tent campsites on pristine, sandy beaches along the riverbanks. We provide comfortable sleeping mats, and our camp crew manages complete sanitation.
What kind of meals are provided during the river expedition?
Our expedition chef and kitchen crew prepare fresh, hygienic, and hot meals directly on the river beach camps, including Continental, Nepalese, and Indian cuisines alongside boiled drinking water.
