Our flight is planned to land at Kala Patthar (5,643m), which offers the most spectacular view of Mt. Everest and surrounding peaks. Landings are fully approved, but subject to final weather conditions, wind speeds, and pilot safety decisions.

All of our helicopters are fully equipped with emergency oxygen cylinders. As we ascend rapidly to 5,643m, the landing at Kala Patthar is strictly limited to 10–15 minutes. This is a safety precaution that allows you to take pictures and view Everest without triggering altitude sickness.

Helicopter safety is our highest priority. If weather or visibility is poor, the flight is delayed or rescheduled. In case of complete cancellation due to weather, we provide a full refund or an alternative rescheduling option.

Yes. A single helicopter can carry a maximum weight limit of 400kg to 500kg. For groups larger than 3 people, a weight shuttle is managed from Pheriche or Everest View Hotel to comply with safe high-altitude lifting capabilities.

All passengers must carry their original passport. It is required for security checks and flight manifests at Kathmandu Domestic Terminal before boarding.
