These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Adventure Paradise Treks Nepal for treks, peak climbing, expeditions, rafting, and city tours across Nepal. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the terms below.
A booking is confirmed once we receive your completed enquiry or booking form and, where applicable, your deposit. We will send you written confirmation of your itinerary, dates, and price once your booking is confirmed.
A deposit is typically required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable before departure. Accepted payment methods and the exact schedule will be confirmed with you directly at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Because permits, accommodation, and staff are arranged in advance, cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made. Exact cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any required visas or permits, for disclosing relevant medical conditions, and for following the guidance of their guide throughout the trip for their own safety and that of the group.
We are responsible for arranging licensed guides, necessary permits, and the logistics described in your confirmed itinerary. We will make every reasonable effort to run your trip as planned, while reserving the right to make necessary changes for safety, weather, or logistical reasons.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical treatment, and emergency evacuation (including helicopter evacuation for high-altitude treks) is required for all clients and is the client's own responsibility to arrange.
Many of our treks and expeditions involve physical exertion and high altitude. Clients should be in good health and disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking. We recommend consulting a doctor before undertaking high-altitude treks.
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political instability, strikes, or government restrictions.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the cancellation terms confirmed at the time of booking, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf (such as permits, flights, or advance accommodation payments).
