Day 01 :
Arrival in Kathmandu

● Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
● Pre-expedition briefing and equipment check.

Day 02 :
Preparation Day in Kathmandu

● Final permits, gear shopping/rental, briefing with guides.

Day 03 :
Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa, Tibet (via Chengdu or directly if possible)

● Flight to Lhasa, altitude 3,650m.
● Rest and acclimatize. Overnight in hotel.

Day 04 :
Lhasa Sightseeing and Permits

● Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple.
● Final permit arrangements for Shishapangma.
● Rest and acclimatize.

Day 05 :
Drive Lhasa to Nyalam (4,300m)

● Approx. 5-6 hours drive, beautiful Tibetan landscapes.
● Overnight in guesthouse/lodge.

Day 06 :
Drive Nyalam to Base Camp (4,900m)

● Approx. 5-7 hours drive along rugged roads to Shishapangma Base Camp.

Day 07-9 :
Acclimatization and Preparation at Base Camp

● Light hikes to nearby moraine and glacier areas.
● Equipment checks and acclimatization.

Day 10 :
Move to Advanced Base Camp (5,300m)

● Trek or drive (depending on route conditions) to ABC.
● Prepare for higher camps.

Day 11-15 :
Establish Camp I (5,800m) and Camp II (6,400m)

● Carry loads up, set up Camp I and Camp II progressively.
● Rest and acclimatize at camps.
● Fix ropes on steep sections.

Day 16-20 :
Summit Push Preparation

● Final acclimatization rotations between Camp II and Base Camp.
● Weather monitoring and rest.

Day 21-23 :
Summit Attempt

● Move to Camp III (approx. 7,300m) – high camp.
● Early summit push (start late night or early morning).
● Summit Shishapangma (8,027m) and descend to Base Camp.

Day 24-25 :
Rest at Base Camp

● Recovery and packing.

Day 26 :
Drive back to Nyalam, then to Lhasa

● Return journey by road.

Day 27 :
Fly Lhasa to Kathmandu

● Arrival and overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 28 :
Departure from Kathmandu

● Transfer to airport for onward flight.
